Western Couture Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy (Within India)

We strive to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible!

1. Same-Day Dispatch

  • Order before 2 PM (IST) and we’ll dispatch your order the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched within the next 24 hours.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹299 within India.
  • For orders under ₹299, a flat shipping fee of ₹125 will apply.

     

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across India to all major cities and towns. In case of remote or restricted areas, delivery times may vary slightly.

6. Delays

  • In rare cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or phone to keep you updated.

Return and Refund Policy

At Western Couture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Return

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie, innerwear, and personalized/custom-fit items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. To request a return, please use return request button with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup. Please ensure the item is securely packed.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a store credit after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

  • A two-way shipping charge of ₹250 (₹125 each for delivery and reverse pickup) will be deducted from the return amount.

  • This amount will be adjusted in your next purchase as a discounted shipping benefit.

Example: If you paid ₹250 in your previous order, we’ll offer discounted or free shipping (up to ₹125 off) on your next order to balance the cost.

Refunds as Store Credit

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • The net amount (after deducting ₹250 for shipping) will be issued as a credit voucher, valid for 6 months.

  • This credit can be used for any future purchase on westerncouture.in.

Exchange Requests

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order using the credit voucher once your return is processed.

रिटर्न और रिफंड पॉलिसी

Western Couture में हम आपकी संतुष्टि को सर्वोपरि मानते हैं। अगर आपके द्वारा खरीदी गई वस्तु से आप पूरी तरह संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो आप हमारे आसान रिटर्न प्रोसेस का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

रिटर्न की पात्रता

  • डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के अंदर रिटर्न की प्रक्रिया शुरू करनी होगी।

  • उत्पाद को अनयूज़्ड, अनवॉश्ड, और मूल टैग सहित अच्छी स्थिति में होना चाहिए।

  • हाइजीन कारणों से, लिंजरी, इनरवियर और कस्टम फिट आइटम्स रिटर्न के लिए योग्य नहीं होंगे।

रिटर्न प्रक्रिया

  1. रिटर्न के लिए हमें अपने ऑर्डर आईडी और कारण के साथ support@westerncouture.in पर ईमेल करें।

  2. हमारी टीम रिवर्स पिकअप की व्यवस्था करेगी। कृपया प्रोडक्ट को सुरक्षित रूप से पैक करें।

  3. उत्पाद प्राप्त होने और निरीक्षण के बाद, रिफंड के रूप में स्टोर क्रेडिट जारी किया जाएगा।

शिपिंग चार्जेस

  • रिटर्न के समय दोनों ओर के शिपिंग चार्जेस ₹250 (₹125 डिलीवरी और ₹125 रिवर्स पिकअप) रिटर्न राशि से घटाए जाएंगे।

  • यह राशि आपकी अगली खरीदारी में डिस्काउंट के रूप में समायोजित की जाएगी।

उदाहरण: अगर आपने पहले ₹250 शिपिंग चार्ज दिए थे, तो अगली बार हम आपको ₹125 तक की छूट या फ्री शिपिंग देंगे, जिससे आपका पिछला खर्च बैलेंस हो सके।

रिफंड की प्रक्रिया

  • हम मौद्रिक रिफंड नहीं देते।

  • रिटर्न के बाद बची हुई राशि का एक क्रेडिट वाउचर मिलेगा, जो 6 महीनों के लिए वैध रहेगा।

  • यह वाउचर आप westerncouture.in पर अगली खरीद के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

एक्सचेंज के लिए अनुरोध

  • फिलहाल हम डायरेक्ट एक्सचेंज की सुविधा नहीं देते। कृपया क्रेडिट वाउचर मिलने के बाद नया ऑर्डर करें।
